Terrible customer service. Can’t schedule appointments. Phone is NEVER answered. Not even sure if they are still in business. It would be nice to receive a return call. Looking for somewhere new.

The salon is clean, comfortable and relaxing. The receptionist is friendly and professional. I had my hair highlighted, cut and styled by Jacki, who is AMAZING!! Before even starting to do hair she offered me a hot coffee or water, and she made me coffee, twice b/c the first went cold. She is very pleasant to chat with while she is doing your hair. She explained the process of how she was going to do my hair and why. I told her what I didn't like about the way it looked and she went from there. She did everything herself, including the wash. I love how my hair looks. Btw, I have natural curly hair. I have had disaster cuts in the past, but not at Amplify. I am 100% hooked and plan on being a customer for a long time. If you are looking for great service and great stylist go to Amplify. Jacki is great as is the rest of the staff. Everyone who came in looked great on their way out. Amazing experience!!!
Stylists are all very professional and exceptional at their trade. You will receive outstanding service and results. While you’re the ultimate the decision maker, they will offer advice on the pros and cons of your chosen style request. All stylists offer real advice, not merely sales pitches, on any products that may benefit your personal hair care needs. I would recommend this business to everyone in need of a great stylist. The services provided and overall experience here is nothing short of exceptional. Your results will always be fantastic regardless of which stylist you choose; they are all very good at what they do.
